Gail Johnson is the founder and CEO of Rainbow Station, a Glen Allen based company that offers early childhood education programs. Gail has set her sites on rapid international growth in a field that is not typically "exported" to other countries.

Gail's company opened two locations in China and last year signed an agreement to open 6 more. Over the next 5 years, she hopes to open 110 early childhood education schools there.

Gail began her career as a pediatric nurse and has focused on women's and children's issues throughout her career. She originally started Rainbow Station to focus on educating children who had health issues, but quickly learned that, from a development perspective, it didn't make sense to isolate children, so Rainbow Station opened its doors to everyone.
