Jim Edge - Breakfast by The "Edge" of the Pool

Jim Edge, an active encorepreneur, has turned a former bag manufacturing plant in Scott's Addition into a modern and fun apartment building - and he has retained the look and feel of the old building and neighborhood as well as built a "green" facility in the process.
We didn't have a speaker so there was extra time to enjoy the networking and a spring morning by the pool at this modern facility. Jim told us about the the history of the building, the redevelopment of the project and the details of how he makes money from Dominion Power with one of the largest solar panel arrays in central Virginia.
