Just one week before the end of a  election campaign that has divided us, and in the middle of a pandemic that has separated us, Eva DeVirgilis will lead encorepreneurs in a valuable interactive experiment to explore how we can positively and productively connect with people – especially those who might have widely divergent opinions and beliefs.

In addition to her 20 years of experience as a stage and television actor Eva is an in-demand speaker, communication consultant and "Facilitator of Fun"; helping leaders communicate to their highest potential. She provides speaker coaching, seminars and keynotes for executives, authors, medical professionals and MBA programs.

Eva lives in Richmond and is happily married to Scott Wichmann, one of Richmond’s best known entertainers and U.S. Navy Reserve Sailor.
