REWIRING YOUR BRAIN
FOR WHAT'S NEXT

Wendy Swire

 REGISTER

On April 24, Wendy Swire of Swire Solutions will lead a dynamic, science-backed session designed specifically for Encorepreneurs. In this interactive presentation, Wendy will help you discover how your brain is wired for both success and self-sabotage and identify hidden mental patterns (“saboteurs”) that quietly impact your results, relationships, and your growth at home and work.

Wendy is the founder of Swire Solutions LLC, a leadership development consulting firm based in the Washington, DC area. Her firm specializes in helping leaders, individuals, and teams strengthen their resilience to manage complex change. Wendy is a certified executive coach, author, speaker, and applied neuroleadership expert. She has coached over 2,000 executives and leaders at Fortune 50 organizations, startups and entrepreneurs, and international organizations. She has taught applied neuroscience to Fortune 100 executive teams, senior military leaders, members of Congress, and universities.

Wendy clearly is an encorepreneur! In addition to her full-time work, she is a certified Pilates teacher, one of the founders of the nonprofit Conflict Resolution Center of Montgomery County, and she actively supports the NICL school in Léogâne, Haiti, where she has visited and volunteered with her sons. She is a co-author of Anytime Coaching: Unleashing Employee Performance (2nd Edition), and, in her spare time, she is training to be a tea sommelier.
