We're taking a page from the Encorepreneur! handbook and stepping outside our comfort zone. It's time to think about creating a "new normal" for Encorepreneur! - one that recognizes the limitations AND the opportunities of virtual meetings and communicaton - and we need YOUR help. 

We are planning an interactive, moderated Zoom meeting on June 30 where we can tap the creativity and experience of our most active members to talk about ways that Encorepreneur! can create a "new normal" in this new environment. (Be warned - this meeting may run over our 1 hour limit, but you are welcome to come and stay as long as you can.)

Prior to the meeting, we are surveying encorepreneurs and asking questions we hope will create ideas, discussions and, ultimately, create a new normal. (Please complete the survey even if you can't attend themeeting.) The meeting will begin with a review of the survey followed by an interactive discussion of the findings.

After two "Virtual Breakfasts" that attracted 230 and 300 attendees, respectively, we recognize that our current situation offers opportunities as well as challenges. We have identified some new possibilities and we want to hear what you think about them - and we hope you will have some new ideas too. We will discuss at least the following:

• The ability to attract great speakers from anywhere in the world 
• Building multiple speaking programs to target specific interests
• Building an Encorepreneur! online community where members can interact and communicate. (Think of a private LinkedIN)
• Estalishing a way to recognize and honor the many "everyday heroes" we know and meet 
• Coordinating a "Mentern" program where more senior encorepreneurs act as mentors for young leaders ijn return for the opportunity to "intern" in a new environment.
• And, for the future, the posibility of Encorepreneur Adventures - group travel to exciting events and places (think Nothern Lights, rocket launches, safaris, etc.)
