Will Willis is an experienced leader specializing in AI and machine learning strategies. As Chair of the Board at AI Ready RVA and a Program Manager at Capital One, he drives artificial intelligence and machine learning initiatives that deliver measurable business results, streamline operations, and enhance customer success.

AI Ready RVA's mission is to establish Richmond as a leading AI-ready city through educational workshops, skill-building initiatives, and collaborative networking for the community. The organization fosters innovation while championing ethical AI development and hopes to drive economic growth by attracting AI talent and businesses to the area. Its goal is to position Richmond as a hub for AI-driven innovation.

Will holds a Mini-MBA from the University of Richmond’s Robins School of Business and is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified from Virginia Commonwealth University. His diverse career includes roles in project management, customer success, and business development at Capital One, Dominion Payroll, and other organizations, where he consistently led innovative, high-impact projects.
